Serving Our Rural Community Since 1980

Welcome To Elfin Forest Harmony Grove Town Council

The Elfin Forest Harmony Grove Town Council serves as the voice of the community by providing open forums where residents can share their ideas, interests, and concerns. The Council is dedicated to preserving the area's unique rural character, maintaining a high quality of life, and representing the community's interests when working with local agencies, organizations, and other outside entities.

The Town Council fosters community engagement through regularly scheduled public meetings, community events, and online forums. Residents can stay informed through this website, E-Alert email bulletins, and the community's private Facebook page.

The map to the left illustrates the boundaries of the Elfin Forest and Harmony Grove communities. Property owners residing within these boundaries are members of the Town Council, with the exception of those represented by a homeowners association or governed by a specific plan. The Council is led by a nine-member Board of Representatives, whose members are elected annually to staggered two-year terms. The Board meets monthly to discuss community issues, planning initiatives, and local concerns.

Originally established in 1980, the Elfin Forest Harmony Grove Town Council incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 1998.
