Community spirit is the art of making possible what appears to be impossible.
We can do what seems impossible if we have the vision, the passion,
and the will to do it together.

This website is provided by the Elfin Forest/Harmony Grove Town Council (a 501c3 non-profit corporation) to acknowledge the beauty of our community and its unique heritage. It also honors all those dedicated individuals and groups who work together to preserve our rural atmosphere. Many of your friends and neighbors, Elfin Forest residents, past and present, have contributed their thoughts and images to create this website.
